  • Extensions can be called at any site simply by dialling the extension number (rather than the telephone number)

  • Calls are free between sites

  • Calls can be transferred between sites without cost

  • Calls can overflow between sites during busy periods 

  • Users can 'break-out' - the UK can call USA numbers for the cost of a local USA call (call is made from the UK extension using USA lines without UK to USA call charges) thus saving £££'s on telephone bills.
