After making the investment in your Telephone system, it is important that it is maintained. This can save you valuable time and money should a problem occur on your Telephone system.

A maintenance contract will provide you with cover on your Telephone system and handsets, for faults, and general wear and tear. If your telephone system is fitted with a modem for remote access, it may be possible to fix your fault remotely, however, this is not possible, we will endeavor to have our engineers on site within 4 working hours for major system faults and 16 working hours for minor faults.

Providing your Telephone system supports remote maintenance, Modern Telecom will be happy to carry out up to 1 hour's worth of programming every month, at no charge to your-selves, as part of your maintenance contract.
