Problems
which are not hardware faults and which may appear as 'gremlins' are eirther
features that have been set in error or by another person.

The most common cause of 'gremlins' is when a person forgets to dial '9' for a line and sets a feature by mistake. Example, a Birmingham person may forget to dial '9' and dial a local telephone number such as 7102327. This string of numbers would set 'Call Fowarding' to extension 327.Examples
