Your telephone automatically dials another person
People get busy tone or the wrong person when they dial your telephone

The most common cause of 'gremlins' is when a person forgets to dial '9' for a line and sets a feature by mistake. Example, a Birmingham person may forget to dial '9' and dial a local telephone number such as 7102327. This string of numbers would set 'Call Fowarding' to extension 327.
