How can I tell if the system is in Day Mode or Night Mode.
Telephones may not ring in the correct location, the system may appear not to function correctly

To check what mode the system is in
To check to see if the system is in 'Day Mode' or 'Night Mode', from a display handset with the handset down, press '#'

To change from Day Mode to Night Mode or Lunch/Break Mode
from the main Reception telephone

Lift the handset, Dial *7800 to put the system into Day Mode, or

Lift the handset, Dial *7801 to put the system into Night Mode

Lift the handset, Dial *7802 to put the system into Lunch Mode

Lift the handset, Dial *7803 to put the system into Break Mode
