I cannot acces voicemail by pressing the 'MESSAGE' key. When I press the 'MESSAGE' key it rings another telephone. Message Waiting has been set at your telephone by another person.
Another person has left you a message, to reply to their message
Lift handset and press 'message' key or dial 702, this will ring the person who left you the message. The light will only clear when they have answered and when all messages have been cleared.

Dial your voicemail access code (eg. 123) clear all new messages by saving or deleting, be sure you have 'No new messages', then
To cancel message waiting
Lift handset and dial '700'. Repeat untill all messages have been erased
