Please make a note of the model number faulty handset and call:

Please inform us of the fault symptoms.
If you are not sure where to find the model number, turn the handset over and look for a silver label, The model number will usually start with KX-T, VA or VB.
NOTE:
In most cases we will send you a replacement handset on a next day delivery.
DO NOT dispose of the faulty handset, we will arrange collection of
this at a later date. If you fail to return the faulty handset you may be
charged for the replacement.
